AUDIO TRANSMISSION (SILENT LECTURE)
The Audio Transmission System, also known as Silent Lecture, allows multiple activities within the same environment, with no interference, replacing the need for multiple rooms with a single open and quiet space, providing participants access to the content of the event independently and dynamically. All event content is transmitted directly to each participant's headset, eliminating the need for loudspeakers.
One specific channel is used for each area, both for the content transmitted by the Panelist(s) and for the debates between participants and panelists.
It is possible to operate with up to 20 (twenty) simultaneous channels; the participant receives the receiver with a headset and selects the channel with the content of their choice.
The production of the event can create a layout as desired, among them:
For each event to be delivered successfully, Ponto Link carefully evaluates the briefing and defines the service team, which has technicians with great expertise, technical coordinators, receptionists, and coordinators who also provide support to participants in changing channels.
Our team, depending on the complexity of the project, also has an RF (radio frequency) engineer, responsible for mapping the frequencies, enabling the system to operate without any type of interference.
Ponto Link technical team provides all support to the event's production team with operational alignment meetings, guiding all the service and technical logistics.
The Audio Transmission System can be used for content only, or content and translation, when the event has international lecturers. In this case, the stage having international lecturers, and therefore translation, will have 2 channels, one for Portuguese and one for the foreign language (English, for example), and the participant will be able to choose the language he/she wants to listen.
This system can be used in any type of event, Seminars, Forums, Conventions, Training, among others.
Also, it is widely used in stands at trade shows, where an audible sound is not allowed.
